"Cheaters"
Just horrible service.They sending parts and they not fit to your vehicle and you must pay again to ship them back.Parts are really low quality.If parcel is missing,damage on the way to you-it's already your problem and no refund at all!Strongly not recommending...

"FedX delivered my item"
FedX delivered my item. The person left it in the rain. A few more steps the item would be under a covered porch. The problem I have is the amount I pay for delivery and the item is poorly handled. Rock auto needs to handle this.

"Zero customer service, no ability to correct their mistake, you're SOL"
If the part they advertise does not match what they send, they offer no ability to communicate, no ability to exchange the part for the right one, no ability to even determine what the right part is, and no ability to get a refund on the wrong part they sent. They've disconnected their phone lines, as a customer you are just screwed. Check YELP and other sites before buying. Be warned.

"They rip you off don’t buy from them"
They rip you off don’t buy from them. They refused to refund me for an order I canceled and never received parts anyway. $325 they kept and they tried to say they never got the money and I have proof they did. They have no customer support either.

"Used to good, slipping hard the last few years though"
I used to order everything from Rockauto but this is the third issue I have had with them in the last year. Once I ordered and they just never sent anything but marked it as shipped with a tracking number which never updated. I did get a refund of course, but you have to wait 10 days to even apply for a refund even though the shipment never left their warehouse. Second they sold my shock mounts listed for my car, but did not fit at all, their solution was to either have me pay for return shipping, or to give me a partial refund... not acceptable. I was reticent to use them again and again my order is just not moving after being marked as shipped. Item is supposed to arrive by tomorrow and it hasn't left their warehouse. Too bad all the options suck these days, I'll probably have to use them again

The company charged me a fortune for next day delivery which I absolutely had to have. Their website said it would be there if I paid $106. It did not show up and their attitude was we're so sorry but we're not giving you a refund for your $106 shipping charge. I asked to talk to a manager and they refused. Will never shop rock auto again.

"Horrible customer service"
Ordered a steering rack, wrong part. Arrived and clearly it had been returned prior. Followed all guidelines to return but had to pay for a new shipping box due to nearly shredded original box. Denied refund because it wasn't in original packaging. Sent pics and explained why. Spent over $300 total(steering rack ad return shipping) only to find out I could pay another $29.17 for part to be returned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with the piss poor company!

"Still don't have the hood to my car."
I received a large box of parts but not my hood. "Customer Service" said I have to wait for an investigation that can take up to two weeks. I contacted the carrier and they said they didn't deliver it to my house nor did they get it from rock auto. They took a picture that shows I don't have the hood. Why do I have to wait as a paying customer? If I knew it was going to take over 3 weeks for me to get my parts I would have ordered them from somewhere else! "Customer Service" doesn't even keep you updated even though they have your money and you can't cancel your order

"Scam no returns they make excuses"
They refuse to give me a return on a high pressure oil pump that cost a little more then $700. Because they said i ordered for the wrong car. When all i did was us their list of reference. The part fit fine. The problem was that it was a faulty pump with the same leak as my old pump.

"I used to be a fan"
I used to be a fan, but they changed it up, got bigger, lost sight of their customers. I tried to cancel an ordered part within an hour, and no luck. Was notified the next day of shipping, I tried again to cancel becaus3e it showed it was not picked up yet, and not able to. Now I have to eat the shipping twice because they have no customer service. Absolutely NO customer service! No listed service email, and one phone number listed, and that's not answered. This company should be investigated for fraud!

"Horrible Horrible Horrible"
Paid extra for next day delivery. Rock Auto took my money and shipped ground. Delivery delayed due to Rock Auto's negligence and incompetence. Weekend trip cancelled. Significant costs incurred. I would not have ordered from Rock Auto if they had not promised next day delivery. Incredible inconvenience. What a waste.

"Completely wrong part"
I was sent the wrong headlights. There is NO customer service department to speak with to correct issue. Instead I have to pay for shipping to return an item they messed up.

"Drivers side full mirror assembly"
Drivers side full mirror assembly, ordered it on Sunday May 31 2023 it arrived at my door as promised actually one day a head. The only issue with the part was having a female adapter, but not a big deal was able to rewire it and use the old male adapter. I have no complaints with the ordering process or the details. I am grateful they had the part for an amazing price. Thank you Rock auto.

“No kidding - just ran into this problem myself. THen, after huge delays the product arrived damaged. It was a set of headlamp assemblies. I had to pay to ship the other one back when I refused to accept a replacement.”
